At the Elixir, you can sample every delicate taste that Moroccan cuisine-one of the best in the world has to offer; bruschetta, cous cous, tajnes (a fine local dish), salads, soups and pastries made from honey and almond.

Our chef will only start your lunches and dinners when they have been requested and not before.

In order to preserve an easy-going and lively atmosphere, we would prefer to keeo our tables reserved for hotel guests only, and not the general public.
